All products purchased from Tumblerware.com are covered by the Tumbler Limited Warranty. If you don't love the product, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Return for US Orders

• Initiate Your Return: Click on the link below to start the return process. We will check your request and provide you with all the necessary details and a free return label.
• Drop Off the Package: Simply drop off the package at any respective drop off location (USPS, UPS, Fedex).
• Refund or exchange: As soon as we have received and inspected the package, we will initiate your refund or replacement.

Return for Canadian Orders

We understand that returning an item can sometimes be a hassle. Although we cannot offer return labels for shipments from or within Canada, we have made the process as simple as possible. All you need to do is send the item back to our designated return address, and rest assured that we will swiftly credit your account once we receive it.
